Heavenly Angel is the highest in place of all angels and the first in the Great Circle. She's the one who's direct connected to the Holy Spirit. Her powers are almost unlimited and she's responsible for any angel insides the portals of the paradise and she does the judgement over them.
Because of her high position she doesn't comes to Earth. This means she has no actual name, mostly they call her "Heavenly"
