Seline is a sweet, happy and caring person, though she can be very emotional or out of temper. She's only child and wants nothing more then having a sister. One of the reasons that she likes being with Seiry and the company of Masuda the fairy.
She is very protective to the both of them. Also is she the Moon Guardian, mostly she abuses her powers which get's her in trouble again.
She moved to Tokyo and as a presant she got a crystal figurine of a fairy. At night when the moon shone on the figurine it turned into a real fairy.
But also a monster appeared in Tokyo to find Masuda, she let the moon shine on Seline and gave her the power of the Moon to protect her and the city. The first time Seline used her power wasn't a piece of cake, very clumpsy she finally succeeded.
